  § Recommends, develops, implements and reviews category strategies
  and operational objectives to support achievement of short and medium terms
  business plans. § Manages the review of the Category Strategy annually in order to
  ensure it is relevant to any changes to the Business Objectives and the

Guidelines, Processes and Policies

  Set the business guidelines for the assigned category that cover
  all brands’ fundamentals (Pricing, Packaging,…) to ensure the business
  objectives are met.
 

 

 








 

Business Plan and Budgets

  Development of annual Marketing Plans and Budgets in line with
  the approved Marketing Strategy and the Business Objectives. Manages and track the Business P&L and Business results against
  the approved Plans and Budget in order to ensure all objectives are achieved. Manages the execution of all marketing activities e.g. marketing
  campaigns, product launches etc. in line with the brand plans and to
  accomplish the brand objectives.
 
 
 

 

 


 
 

Business Development & Innovation

  Manages the development of the brands’ innovation strategy and
  plan in order to achieve the business objective. Development of business expansion (e.g. Geographical, Channel,
  and Product) strategy and plan inline with the business vision and
  objectives. 
 
 


 
 

HR

  Manage the effective achievement of direct subordinates by setting
  individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff,
  provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise
  subordinate performance.
